WCS Preliminaries – Team UAE
Teams of two compete for a chance to represent the UAE at the
World Cosplay Summit 2026 Finals in Nagoya, Japan.
- Team of two participants
- 18+ (or parental consent required)
- Japanese Anime, Manga, Games or Tokusatsu only
- UAE National or Resident
- Max performance: 2m 30s
- Costumes & props must be self-made
Prize:
UAE Representation + 2,000 AED
Best Craftsmanship
For advanced builders and costume creators. Judges will examine
detailing, structure and technical execution.
- Minimum 8 WIP photos
- Character reference + source
- Performance max 1m 30s
Prize Money:
1st – 22,000 AED
2nd – 11,000 AED
3rd – 5,500 AED
